Bring Good [1-minute read]

[12] She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.—Proverbs 31

The context here is the wife of noble character as described originally by ancient King Lemuel and his mother. My thought is that this verse contains good principles for relationships.

  1. You may not always have many friends, but you can be a good friend.
  2. Bring good to your relationships. God honoring good.
  3. Good is not only intended but received as good by the other person.
  4. Harm ultimately is selfish and destructive. Good friends are ultimately selfless and serving.
  5. Tough conversations may sometimes seem harmful, but with the right attitudes lead to good.—JMB
