7Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim. 8Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, 9and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”–John 2
- We don’t know how Jesus worked this miracle.
- There was no waving of hands or even a prayer.
- What we do know is that he gave instructions to people who served.
- For the miracle to be experienced, the servants had to trust Jesus and then obey Him.
- In our situations, this is all we can do, as well. Serve like those servants with those attitudes.
- If you want to see biblical change in your life, you have to trust God and to obey His clear biblical instructions.
- Where are you not trusting God? Where are you not obeying God? Start with those two. These are the big two for you–JMB
