1Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2“The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them. 5“Everything they do is done for people to see…–Matthew 23

1. The Bible is never bad and it is always good and useful to follow its teachings.
2. Some Bible teachers however do not follow the Bible and they themselves are not to be followed.
3. You can still honor God by obeying His Word without following hypocrite leaders.
4. A good test of a leader is that he leads when nobody sees and recognizes.
5. We live in a world that broadcasts every achievement on social media.
6. Biblical leaders need to practice self-control and self-denial more than self-promotion and self-love.
