38“How many loaves do you have?” [Jesus] asked. “Go and see.”

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures…(Psalm 23:1-2a)

1. This was the famous moment where Jesus miraculously fed 5000+ people.
2. Jesus simply used whatever food was present.
3. We also have the shepherd image. Jesus was going to provide for their needs.
4. Look to Jesus to provide for your needs. Trust Him.
5. Jesus may bring something new and spectacular to your life. Or he may simply use what is already there and transform it to be a blessing.
6. Jesus transforms existing relationships. Jesus uses your humble situation. Jesus maximizes your influence at your current job or school.
7. Trust Jesus with your situation and as you submit to Him, watch Jesus work in and through your story for His glory. He has in mine.–JMB
