1. When is the last time you stood as you prayed?
2. What resentment do you currently hold against anyone?
3. Think of the people who harmed you most.
4. Think of your jealousies, envies, angers, and disappointments.
5. Now what person or persons come to mind?
6. Jesus is expecting you to forgive them.
7. If you won’t forgive, do not expect God to forgive you.
