39Jesus said, “For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind.”–John 9

1. Jesus saw himself as the standard by which one will be judged.
2. Those who are blind are unaware of their sin problem or that their sin is a problem.
3. Jesus opens their eyes and they respond in faith to Jesus.
4. They will therefore experience God’s grace and not His wrath.
5. The ones who claim to see are self-justified and don’t actually see that their sin is problem or that they’re good.
6. They actually remain blind to the solution.
7. The ones who are prideful never turn to Jesus and get judged. The ones who are humble turn to Jesus and get saved. This is how Jesus is the standard for judgment. How do you respond?–JMB
