For the LORD your God is gracious and merciful and will not turn away his face from you, if you return to him.–2 Chronicles 30

1. King Hezekiah wrote a letter to the remnant of the nation of Israel.
2. By this time, Israel up north had been conquered by the Assyrian Empire.
3. Hezekiah was calling them to come home and worship God together.
4. The principle above applies to sinners even today.
5. So many have convinced themselves that they can’t come back to God, that they are too dirty, or that God has given up on them.
6. God knows the heart. If you truly return to Him in repentance and trust Jesus for salvation, God will never turn away from you.
7. Have you experienced God’s grace and mercy? Have you truly repented of your sins and returned to God?–JMB
