1. I’ve read this account so many times.
2. Yet this morning, it was Pilate’s reaction that grabbed ahold of me.
3. He was more afraid.
4. It was if Pilate was contemplating the Jewish leaders’ words in a new light.
5. Jesus claimed to be the Son of God could have sounded to Roman ears like Apollo, the son of Jupiter.
6. Just who was this Jesus? Where was he from?
7. This are key questions that you will have to come to grips with as well, my friend. The answers mean everything.–JMB
